I enjoy working with clients of all levels. I challenge my clients to heal themselves through movements and corrective exercises while also being mindful of the ways that spirituality and their state of mind effects their physical well being. I work with all ages and abilities; I specialize in full-body muscle strength and endurance, increasing range of motion, fat-burning routines and overall training for the tactical athlete to the everyday athlete.
